Meatmas is a holiday celebrated every year on December 25th in Hot Dogs, Horseshoes and Hand Grenades. It is the most consistently celebrated holiday in the game, receiving a major update every year around this time. In addition, no matter what new content is added in the update, there is always a selection of presents at the Meatmas Snowglobe on Meatmas Day for the player to open.
An art contest is usually also held around this time.
2016[]
The first Meatmas was an Advent Calendar event celebrated on the newly introduced Meatmas Snowglobe. The snowglobe originally had a similar set of targets as the Friendly 45 Range.
Art Contest - Meatmas Cards[]
Players designed Meatmas cards. Categories were "Subreddit's Choice", "AAAAAAH Holy Crap What the Hell?!", "Do I look like I know what a JPEG is?", "Used at least $5 of Photoshop", "Positively Painful Pun", and "Meatiest Card".

2017[]
The first appearance of the The Gronch, where he introduced the first minigame that spoofed predatory business practices like microtransactions. The Meatmas Snowglobe features a minigame where the player must shoot many Soldier-Wiener-Bots to grind for different types of currency, then use a machine to craft them into premium currencies so that they can buy this year's Meatmas weapons, contained in Earliest Access Pride & Accomplishment (EAPA) loot boxes.
The player could optionally fight against the Gronch on Meatmas Day by eating a hot dog and challenging him to a boss fight.
Art Contest - Meatmas Ornaments[]
Players designed Meatmas ornaments. The ornament had to be a physical object that could be hung from a tree. Categories were "Meatiest Entry", "I went to Art School", "There was an attempt", "Mom's Favorite", and "Subreddit's Choice".

2018[]
The Meatmas Cappocoloseum is introduced, with new game modes featured each week for arena-based combat. The final week had the player face off against the Gronch in a climactic boss battle.
At the same time, the Snowglobe had an advent calendar event, where the player could find different present stations scattered throughout the Snowglobe.
Art Contest - Color a Sosig[]
Contestants were provided with a blank Sosig template to use as they pleased. Categories were "My three-year-old did this!", "Kill it with Fire!", "I used my B.F.A. for something!", "Puns and Memes", "Tacticoolest", "Subreddit's Choice", and "Meatiest Entry".

The Gronch returned to introduce Gun Hats. These collectable attachments could be purchased at the SMEME Marketplace in the Meatmas Cappocoloseum; to earn money to buy gun hat crates and keys, the player had to perform Gronch Jobs, which are soul-crushing minimum wage jobs.

2020[]
A new scene was introduced for this year's advent calendar, called the Winter Wasteland. This map is story-based, as it takes place in the North Pole, and has many audio logs revealing what happened many years ago. The player must find and open each bunker to receive each weapon, while trying to survive against Junkbots and Meatmas Drones.
Art Contest - FUTURESOSIG[]
Players submitted proposals for the FUTURESOSIG futuristic weapons program, including a complete description of the weapons' specifications and fictional manufacturers. Five entries (one in each category) were selected to become in-game Sosigguns. The winners were the Pocket Toaster, Desert Vulture, StG20 Nachtigal, Bullpov, and Meatal Storm.

The Meatmas update this year brought a new scene called Grillhouse. This is the first major scene to use doors and windows, and is a hybrid of both the Proving Grounds and Breaching Proto. The Grillhouse will be a testing environment for new scenes that will use the new door and window systems and provide the player with multiple breaching scenarios.
Cooking Contest - Tactical Hot Dog Recipe[]
This year's contest is a cooking contest for the most tactical hot dog recipes. Categories are "Best Presentation", "Most Tactical", "Meatiest Entry", "Technically a Hot Dog", and "Subreddit's Choice". The winning recipes are to be cooked and eaten by Anton.
